Delivery Details

 

All items are sent using Royal Mail Signed for and you will be given an email once I have despatched your order.

Please Note: Commissioned items may take up to 2 weeks from order placement until delivery.

  

How quickly will my order arrive?

Most of the items I sell are made to order so this means it will take 2-5 working days to get your order ready for dispatch. I aim to dispatch as soon as possible but during extremely busy periods such as the Christmas period, dispatch times may increase.

Please note: If you need your order before a certain date you can let me know when ordering by adding a note. I will let you know as soon as possible whether or not your order will be ready for dispatch on time.

All orders are despatched using the Royal Mail 1st class Signed For service.

A notification email will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched with a tracking number from Royal Mail.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or does not arrive?

Sadly accidents during delivery and lost packages do happen. Should this happen to your order, please let me know using one of the ways mentioned above.  

Damaged? - If you receive your order and something is damaged please let me know.  I will need a photo of the damaged item/s and of the package box if damaged. After seeing the photos I will be able to let you know the best course of action to resolve the isusse. In most cases I can either send you a replacement or refund you for the item/s. 

Not arrived? - 1st Class Signed For will normally take 1-3 working days and 2nd class takes 2-5 working days to arrived but Royal Mail states during busy periods this window may be extended. Let me know if your order hasn't arrived so I can check for you to see if there are any delays or if it's lost. If lost I will be able to send you your order again or give you a full refund.

Please do not return any orders to us without contacting me first.
